Every piece is custom-made, that is why unfortunately returns and exchanges are not accepted, however please contact me if you have any issue with your order.

DEFAULT SHIPPING METHOD:

Fine Craft by Andrea’s orders will be shipped via USPS priority and UPS depending of your location within USA.

DELIVERY TIMELINE:

Our goal is to ship all the orders as quickly as possible, shipping times may vary

Turnaround time: orders are typically processed and shipped within 10 – 20 days or purchase unless they are “ready-to-ship” items.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please, inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
